Joldosh Chushtukov has been appointed as the akim of the October district, who previously headed the municipal enterprise "Tazalyk".

Now the position of director of "Tazalyk" will be taken by Maksatbek Arynov, who previously served as the acting director of the Mayor's Office Mobilization Reserve Service.
It is worth noting that earlier the mayor of Bishkek relieved Janybek Orozaliyev from the position of akim of the October district and his first deputy Mayrambek Adylbekov. The reason was the unsatisfactory performance of tasks related to the improvement and enhancement of the Orto-Sai market.
