In Kyrgyzstan, about 25% of employers do not use targeted approaches to attract young people, despite the existing shortage of young specialists. This was reported by the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration.

According to the agency, companies in Bishkek and the Talas region show the greatest activity in working with youth, where internships, practical training, and career advancement opportunities are most frequently offered.

Among employers across the country, tools such as internships and practical training remain popular, utilized by 28% to 41% of companies. Flexible working hours, on-the-job training, and participation in job fairs are also common offers.

The Ministry of Labor noted that business interest in training young specialists is gradually increasing. In addition, the "Youth Internship" program is being implemented, allowing citizens aged 16 to 35 to gain initial work experience with the prospect of further employment.

Employers interested in attracting interns can submit an application.

Young people seeking to intern and gain their first work experience can register.
