The program includes short-term training courses, after which participants are sent for internships at enterprises covering the private, state, and municipal sectors of the economy. This provides employers with several significant advantages:
- the opportunity to develop young specialists according to the specific needs of the company;
- reduction of costs for searching and adapting new employees;
- access to motivated young personnel with basic skills;
- the ability to evaluate interns before their official employment.
It is important to note that during the internship, the government pays interns a stipend of 8,600 soms per month. Additionally, scholarships are provided for participants during the training period.
The program covers 30 pilot cities and regions of Kyrgyzstan. Employers interested in participating can contact local employment services to submit applications or obtain information about the participation process. There is also an option to apply online.
This initiative aims to develop the professional skills of youth, support employment, and strengthen the local labor market, ensuring mutually beneficial cooperation between employers and young specialists.
