The first stage of the event took place in the Jumgal district, where 36 registrars and 7 instructors were involved.
The official launch was provided by representatives of the National Statistical Committee and the local administration. This ten-day initiative aims to collect reliable data on land resources, livestock numbers, agricultural machinery availability, and production volumes.
During the census, data will be entered into an electronic database for the following categories:
- Area of agricultural land and crops;
- Number of livestock and poultry;
- Beekeeping data;
- Availability of specialized machinery and equipment.
Trained specialists are conducting visits to the households of each family engaged in agriculture, as well as visiting farms and peasant households to fill out electronic questionnaires.
The organizers emphasized that all information provided by the population will be kept strictly confidential. The state guarantees the protection of personal data and the confidentiality of statistical information.
The results obtained during the census will serve as the basis for analyzing the state of the agricultural sector and further developing agriculture in the region.
