Traffic of heavy vehicles is restricted at the Otmok Pass
In addition, restrictions are also in effect at the checkpoints "Sosnovka" and "Aral".
On the Bishkek-Osh highway, the movement of passenger cars is allowed on the passes Too-Ashuu, Ala-Bel, Kok-Bel, and of course, on the Otmok Pass.
As for the Ton-Murun Pass on the Osh – Sary-Tash – Erkechtam route, as well as the Dolon and Tuz-Bel passes on the Bishkek – Naryn – Torugart road, passage is also open, as is the section from Tyup to Kegen.
Road services are working around the clock to clear the roads of freshly fallen snow and snowdrifts; they are also applying inert materials to prevent the formation of ice.
On sections where contracting organizations are working, efforts continue to clear and widen the road shoulders.
