Traffic on all passes and roads in Kyrgyzstan is open
According to information provided by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, as of March 4, all roads and passes in the country are open for traffic, and movement is occurring without any restrictions.
At the Toо-Ashuu and Ala-Bel passes, located on the Bishkek-Osh highway, as well as at the Otmok pass on the Taraz – Talas – Suusamyr route, cloudy weather is also observed; however, passage is open.
Additionally, traffic is free at the Ton-Murun pass on the Osh - Sary-Tash - Erkechtam route, as well as at the Dolon and Tuz-Bel passes on the Bishkek – Naryn – Torugart highway. The Tyup-Kegen road is also accessible for travel.
On sections serviced by contractors, regular work is being carried out to clear the road of snow and widen the shoulders.
