In the Nooken district, a debt amounting to 588 thousand soms for alimony was successfully collected, as reported by representatives of the Bailiff Service operating under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the information, measures for collection were initiated against citizen E.T.P., who had long avoided fulfilling the court decision on alimony payments.
Due to his non-compliance, a criminal case was initiated under Article 178 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Thanks to the actions taken, the debt of 588 thousand soms was fully paid off and transferred to the claimant.
