In the At-Bashinsky district, the enforcement proceedings conducted by the Bailiff Service under the General Prosecutor's Office regarding alimony that citizen M.A.Z. was supposed to pay to citizen K.L. have been completed. The amount of alimony was half of the debtor's income.

According to the information provided by the service, as of January 21, 2026, the alimony arrears reached 940,000 soms.

Thanks to the measures taken for the enforcement of obligations, the entire specified amount was fully recovered and transferred to the claimant in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
