The Judicial Enforcement Service of the Kyrgyz Republic announced the full collection of an alimony debt amounting to 872,516 soms in the city of Osh.
As specified by the agency, the case was under consideration in the city department of the Judicial Enforcement Service, and the debt was incurred by the debtor D.E. in favor of B.E. to provide for the maintenance of three children until they reach adulthood.
Thanks to the measures taken, the debt of 872,516 soms was successfully collected and transferred to the claimant.
