Increased control by the GKNB over the activities of the company
The construction company "Elit-Stroy-City" is under investigation by the GKNB, according to information announced at the press center of the special service.
The reason for the investigation was a video appeal from residents of the "Manas" residential complex, directed to President Sadyr Japarov and the Deputy Prime Minister, head of the GKNB Kamchybek Tashiev. In the appeal, citizens expressed their dissatisfaction with the delays in the transfer of apartments and the slowdown in construction work.
In this regard, law enforcement agencies initiated a series of measures for verification.
Recently, a meeting was held at the main department of the GKNB in the Osh region, attended by representatives of the Ministry of Construction, the GKNB, and the company's management, including Kasymzhanov B.K., Ali uulu B., and Sultanov U.O.
As a result of the discussion, the company's management committed to completing construction work and handing over the facilities for self-finishing by September 2026. Until that time, they are prohibited from leaving the country, and increased control has been established over the phased delivery of residential properties.
