In the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums, the acceptance of applications from citizens wishing to participate in the repeat elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh for multi-mandate constituency No. 13 continues. Voting is scheduled for March 1, 2026. At the same time, as noted by the CEC, the deadline for submitting applications expires 30 days before the elections — January 29, 2026, at 18:00.
Currently, the commission has already registered applications from the following citizens who have nominated themselves:

- Erkinbek Sadyrbekovich Mamataev (01.23.1972) — temporarily unemployed;
- Ulanbek Zhalalovich Asanov (11.30.1970) — Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC "Issuer of Virtual Assets";
- Baktybek Asanovich Asamudinov (05.30.1966) — representative of the Bar Association of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Toktorali Kaldarovich Kalmatov (05.29.1976) — private entrepreneur;
- Ulanichbek Kaldarbekovich Cholponov (03.01.1981) — head of the Bazar-Korgon RES;
