On January 26, a meeting took place in Osh between representatives of the State National Security Committee (GKNB) and the general director of the construction company "Elit-Stroy-City." The press service of the agency reported on this event.
The meeting was initiated in response to a video appeal from residents of the "Manas" residential complex, directed to President Sadyr Japarov and the Deputy Prime Minister, as well as to the Chairman of the GKNB, Kamchybek Tashiev. The appeal raised issues regarding delays in the transfer of apartments and construction work by the company "Elit-Stroy-City."
During the event, the reasons affecting the construction process were discussed, as well as the factors leading to delays in the delivery of objects for finishing.
The representatives of "Elit-Stroy-City" were informed about the state policy aimed at supporting business and creating favorable conditions for its development. The necessity of strict compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and fulfilling obligations to the shareholders was also emphasized.
As a result of the discussion, the company's management committed to completing construction work and delivering objects for finishing by September 2026.
Additionally, it was reported that restrictions would be imposed on crossing the state border for representatives of "Elit-Stroy-City" until all construction work is completed, as well as enhanced control over the phased delivery of residential objects.
