Train Crash in Spain: No Kyrgyzstan Citizens Among the Injured
On January 18, a tragic railway accident occurred in Spain, in the vicinity of the settlement of Adamus, where two passenger trains collided. As a result of the incident, at least 39 people died, and more than 120 were injured.
According to information provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, there are currently no citizens of Kyrgyzstan among the injured or deceased. There have also been no requests for assistance from Kyrgyz citizens to the embassy in France.
The Ministry and the embassy continue to actively engage with the Spanish authorities, monitoring the situation's development.
