Lawmakers were asked to change the requirements for opening enterprises in the Kyrgyz Republic by non-residents.

Speaking at the meeting of the "Ala-Too" deputy group on January 16, Atabekova emphasized that non-residents coming to Kyrgyzstan as clients encounter both the ease of doing business and its vulnerabilities. This creates a risk of violating competition legislation, considering their financial power.

She also added: "The tax conditions for non-residents are the same as for residents, which deprives us of the opportunity to protect the domestic market."
