Surabaldiyeva emphasized that many citizens were not properly informed about the new rules. She cited the example of a woman who is a citizen of Kazakhstan and of Kyrgyz nationality, working as a teacher in Bishkek. After visiting her parents in Almaty, she faced the impossibility of returning to Kyrgyzstan, which forced her to consider resigning. "I understand that Kazakhstan has imposed these restrictions, and Kyrgyzstan has responded in kind, but this affects not dozens, but hundreds of people. I urge the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Border Service to pay attention to this," the deputy noted.
