Currently, 80,245 apartments are being built in the country under mortgage programs.


The head of the presidential administration, Kanbek Tumanbaev, reported that a significant number of houses from the State Investment Corporation (GIK) are expected to be handed over in Kyrgyzstan in 2026.

He noted that the active transfer of housing through mortgages will take place in cities such as Karakol, Cholpon-Ata, Tokmok, Sokuluk, Kemin, Kara-Balta, Bishkek, Osh, Talas, Batken, and Jalal-Abad.

Recently, President Sadyr Japarov participated in a ceremonial event where keys to apartments were handed over as part of the second phase of the "Muras" residential complex construction in Bishkek.

According to the president, 80,245 mortgage apartments are currently under construction across the country.
