The Cabinet has transferred 10 hectares of land from agricultural category to populated areas
In the territory of the rural area of Baytik Baatyr, located in the Alamedin district, the construction of multi-storey residential complexes is planned. This decision was made at a meeting of the government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the new resolution, these land plots have been transferred from the agricultural category to the category of populated areas.
These lands are privately owned by former deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Karganbek Samakov and are divided into two plots: contour No. 202 with an area of 4.37 hectares and No. 411 with an area of 5.63 hectares.
It is worth noting that in May 2015, a criminal case was initiated against Karganbek Samakov and several other individuals related to corruption. They were accused of the illegal transfer of land plots with a total area of 262 hectares, located in the Kara-Jygaich, Baytik, and Lebedinov rural districts of the Alamedin district in the Chui region.
