In order to prevent and eliminate these offenses, more than 12 thousand prosecutorial acts were issued. Among them are 570 criminal cases and 771 lawsuits filed in court.

The analysis of the reviewed acts showed that over 34 billion 827 million soms were returned to the state. Of this amount, more than 1 billion 243 million were monetary funds, while the remaining 33 billion 584 million were in kind.

Additionally, 6 thousand 932 employees were subjected to disciplinary measures, and 3 thousand 227 officials were held accountable under the Code of Offenses, paying fines totaling approximately 16 million soms to the state, Asanaliev added.
