In the Jumgal District, following the inspection, 106 officials were held accountable.
According to information provided by the prosecutor's office, 104 inspections were conducted in 2025, which, according to statistics, is a decrease from 130 in the previous year. During these inspections, 227 violations of the law were identified, which is 13 cases more compared to 214 in 2024. To address the identified violations, 108 acts of prosecutorial response were issued, and as a result of the proceedings, 106 officials were held accountable for disciplinary actions. Additionally, 36 of them were fined for offenses.
Furthermore, the state managed to recover 2,666,704 soms in cash and 233,522,000 soms in the form of property.
In order to return land plots that were illegally appropriated, the prosecutor's office filed 74 lawsuits in court, of which 62 were fully satisfied, 1 lawsuit was denied, and the remaining ones are under consideration.
It is also worth noting that 5 criminal cases were initiated regarding corruption, resulting in a number of officials being held accountable.
