The administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic has initiated an investigation in response to an open appeal from former deputy and founder of the company "Ayu Holding," Sharshenbek Abdykerimov, regarding the situation with the shopping centers "Ayu Grand Comfort" and "Tommy Mall." This was reported by the president's press secretary, Sadyr Japarov, Askat Alagozov, in an interview for "Azattyk."
It is reported that Abdykerimov's appeal, published on March 28, raised concerns within the administration. The entrepreneur claims that the value of the specified properties was undervalued to the level of a three- or four-room apartment and that these assets subsequently passed to individuals connected with the family of Kamchybek Tashiev, the former head of the State Committee for National Security.
The response from the Tashiev family was immediate. Tai-Muras Tashiev, the son of the former head of the GKNB, refuted the accusations on his Facebook, stating that there were attempts to tarnish their reputation. Later, Abdykerimov issued another statement, emphasizing that his words are based on "facts" regarding the loss of property.
In recent days, the entrepreneur, who currently resides outside the country, has been actively sharing information on social media, detailing the circumstances of the loss of his business and mentioning several political figures. In particular, he made accusations against Eldar Jakypbekov, the former head of the GKNB office in Bishkek, who is currently under arrest.
