In his address to Kamchybek Tashiev, he commented on claims that his words do not correspond to reality.

You claim that my address is "kalp" (nonsense). However, I am speaking about facts. My daughter lost the "Tommy" shopping center.
My sons lost their apartments and offices, as a result of which they were left without means of livelihood and were expelled from educational institutions for non-payment.
You have taken away my children's future. But there are things that should not be violated: as the people say, CHILDREN should not suffer for their fathers' mistakes, and MOTHER is not responsible for her children's mistakes!
Why is my family and the memory of my mother suffering? For what are those who are innocent punished?
Now my children do not communicate with me because I could not pay for their education.
For me, as a father, this is the most painful thing. This is not "kalp." This is my life.

Taymuras Tashiev, son of Kamchybek Tashiev, posted a statement on his social media page, in which he commented on the accusations against his family.
He stated that there have been ongoing attempts to discredit their family and deemed it necessary to provide new clarifications.
The reason for his address was the statement made by businessman Sharshembek Abdykerimov to Sadyr Japarov, claiming that the "Tommy Mall" shopping center allegedly ended up in the hands of relatives of Taymuras Tashiev's mother.
"This information is an obvious lie," he emphasized. According to him, none of the properties returned to the state were transferred to their family.
Tashiev also noted that this situation should be understood by all entrepreneurs whose property has been returned to the state, as well as by the public. In case of doubts, he proposed to create a special commission for a thorough examination of all returned assets.
In his opinion, such a check is important for their family, as it will clarify which specific properties were transferred to the state, at what price they were sold, and to whom they subsequently passed.
In conclusion, he reiterated that Kamchybek Tashiev and his family "did not receive a single tyiyn" from the property returned to the state. All assets, according to him, were transferred exclusively into the management of the state, and their further fate may become the subject of an open investigation by the public and journalists.

Currently, the facility is operational, and the rental income goes to the Social Fund, supporting our pensioners.
However, I am concerned about the situation with another facility — the "Tommy Mall" shopping center, named after my daughter. According to the information I have, this facility was undervalued — assessed as a three- or four-room apartment — and then transferred to individuals associated with Kamchybek Tashiev's wife.
In this regard, I ask you to instruct the relevant state authorities to conduct a comprehensive, objective, and transparent investigation of the circumstances described, followed by a legal assessment.
I support your position that every citizen's appeal should be considered within the framework of the law. It is important that any decisions are made without politicization and destabilization of the situation, solely based on the law and principles of justice.
For my part, I emphasize: where decisions have been fair, I acknowledge them. Where justified questions arise, I ask for a legal assessment.
I am convinced that the principle of justice should be applied equally to all, regardless of status and connections.
Justice is not just a declaration, but a concrete result expressed in legal and equal decisions for all.
