Sharshenbek Abdykerimov, the founder of the "Ayu" holding, addressed Sadyr Japarov, the President of Kyrgyzstan, via Facebook.

The businessman reported that he had two shopping centers on his balance sheet.

“The first facility, ‘Ayu Grand Comfort,’ was objectively valued and transferred to the state, becoming part of the Social Fund. I consider this a fair decision and accept my responsibility for past mistakes, viewing it as a contribution to restoring justice. Currently, this facility is operational, and the rental income goes to support pensioners through the Social Fund,” Abdykerimov emphasized.

However, he expressed concerns about the second shopping center, “Tommy Mall,” named after his daughter.

“According to the information I have, the valuation of the facility was underestimated, and it was transferred to individuals connected with the circle of Kamchybek Tashiev, the former head of the State Committee for National Security. I ask you to instruct the relevant authorities to conduct a thorough and transparent investigation of these circumstances with subsequent legal assessment,” he noted.

Abdykerimov also supported the president's position on the need for lawful consideration of citizens' appeals.

“I believe it is important for decisions to be made without political motives and destabilization of the situation, solely based on the law and principles of justice. I am ready to accept fair decisions, but in cases where justified questions arise, I ask them to be properly assessed. I am confident that the principle of justice should apply to everyone, regardless of their status and connections. Justice is not just words, but concrete results expressed in legal decisions that are equal for all,” he concluded.
