The businessman, who has left Kyrgyzstan and is wanted internationally, claims that Jakypbekov acted against him at the direction of Kamchybek Tashiev, the former head of the GKNB. Abdykerimov also reported on his serious health condition, including a stroke, heart problems, and five surgeries he has undergone in recent years.
He noted that after the revolution in Kyrgyzstan, his life changed drastically — he lost his business, health, and family, finding himself alone in London.
“When you are on the brink of life and death, you start to perceive the world differently,” shares his thoughts Abdykerimov, lamenting that his 30 years of efforts to build a business that provided jobs for thousands of people were destroyed in less than three years.
Additionally, he accused close people of betrayal, claiming that while he was fighting for his life, some in his circle began to divide and appropriate his property.
It is worth reminding that in September 2025, the GKNB initiated a criminal case against Sharshembek Abdykerimov on charges of financing organized crime groups. After the events of October 2020, he left the country and has been wanted internationally since then.
