Previously, he served as the Executive Director of the Association for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex and actively participated in projects aimed at developing this sector.
At his new position, Baltabaev intends to focus on supporting farmers and strengthening the country's food security.
Aziza Mamyrava has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations.
