The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has updated the resolution adopted on April 23, 2024, under number 191, regarding the cargo tracking system using navigation seals within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union.

The changes are aimed at improving the conditions of trade relations in the EAEU and clarify how cargo control will be carried out on the territory of the country.

According to the new rules:

In particular, for road transport, the seal installation points are located near the checkpoints on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border: "Chaldovar," "Ak-Zhol," "Ak-Tilek," "Chon-Kapka," and "Karkyra."

As for rail transport, the installation and removal of seals will take place at stations such as "Bishkek-1," "Alamedin," "Balikchy," "Kara-Balta," "Kant," and "Tokmok."

The removal of seals for road transport will occur at the recipient's location, while for rail cargo, it will take place at the specified stations at unloading points.

The new provisions will come into effect in a week.
