Zhoomart Toktogulov has become the new head of the GKNB department for the city of Osh and Osh region, according to information provided by the presidential administration.
At the meeting held on February 19, the deputy chairman of the special service, Alisher Erbaev, introduced Toktogulov to the personnel of the GKNB. The event was also attended by the new mayor, Janar Akayev, and the presidential representative in the Osh region, Amankan Kenjebayev.
