The ceremony was held in the meeting hall of the presidential representative office in the Osh region, where the deputy chairman of the GKNB, Alisher Erbaev, introduced Toktogulov.
The event was also attended by the mayor of Osh, Janarbek Akayev, and the presidential representative in the region, Amankan Kenzhebaev.
In his address, Amankan Kenzhebaev emphasized the importance of effective implementation of state policy and timely execution of presidential directives. He highlighted the necessity of close cooperation between law enforcement agencies and local authorities to ensure public order and stability in the region.
Wishes for success in his new role were expressed to Joomart Toktogulov.
