Deputies inspected the condition of the two-story utility building, which belongs to the Kyrgyz National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet named after Abdylas Maldybaev, and listened to the opinions of the theater workers.
The Minister of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy, Mirbek Mambetaliev, reported that the utility building was put into operation in 1982 and has not been repaired since then. He noted that the government plans to relocate theater staff to a new modern building, and the issue of transferring the building and the adjacent territory has already been resolved.
The meeting was also attended by deputies Gulsharkan Kultaeva, Saltanat Amanova, Bolot Sagynaev, Seidbek Atambaev, Eru lan Kokulov, and the chairperson of the relevant committee Toktobubu Ashymbaeva.
We remind you that a decision was previously made to transfer the utility yard to the management of the Ministry of Finance. Deputy Minister of Culture Marat Tagaev reported that this building was previously used for rent and was then returned to state ownership.
