The presidential decree has been signed
The state institution "Kyzmat" will now operate on a self-financing basis. This decision is the result of a decree signed by President Sadyr Japarov, aimed at optimizing the work of subordinate organizations under the management of the President's Office.
According to the document, the institution has been given a trial period that will last from January to December 31, 2026.
