According to information provided by the president's administration, from January 1 to December 31, 2026, "Kyzmat" will operate under a new funding scheme.
The decree stipulates that all financial resources for the organization's activities will be deposited exclusively into a special account.
Salary payments to employees will be made in accordance with the president's decree dated July 25, 2024, No. 206 KPU and will also be funded from the special account.
The Ministry of Finance has been instructed to take these changes into account when developing amendments to the law on the republican budget for 2026–2028. The Cabinet of Ministers must prepare changes to the regulatory acts concerning the formation of tariffs for paid services of departments and the accounting of their revenues within ten days.
As a result of the trial regime, results and recommendations for legislative changes will be presented to the president's administration.
The decree comes into effect on January 1, 2026, and will be officially published.
