The mayor met with residents of the new territories of the Sverdlovsk district of Bishkek
Residents from MTF-2, Nur-Kojo, Ak-Bata, Ak-Zhar, Lebedinovka, Alamudun, Lower Ala-Archi, and 305-MAB, who became part of the Sverdlovsk administrative district during the administrative-territorial reform, gathered for the event.
During the discussion, various social and infrastructure issues were raised, particularly difficulties related to water supply, road conditions, sewage, and a lack of public transport.
In response to questions about the state of transport and roads, Ulanbek Beyshenbaev, head of the Transport Department, noted that new 8-meter buses will only start operating after the repair and restoration of the road surface is completed.
The mayor also added that road repair work will not be carried out until the issues of water supply and sewage are resolved. He mentioned that at the initiative of the President, a program for the development of new districts has been developed, which will be in effect until 2030. The funding for this program will amount to about 9 billion soms, and this year, 2.5–3 billion soms have already been allocated for its implementation.
Additionally, issues regarding land plots were discussed at the meeting. Aybek Junushaliev emphasized that during the road construction process, the city hall plans to dismantle illegally erected outbuildings and new foundations, but previously identified illegal residential houses will not be demolished.
He also noted that in the future, the construction of new illegal structures will be unacceptable.
At the end of the meeting, the mayor instructed the heads of the relevant services to take concrete measures for the prompt and quality resolution of the stated problems, establishing clear deadlines for their implementation.
