A deputy proposed to introduce restrictions on car towing
According to the deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, Dastan Bekeshev, the car towing market is actively developing, bringing significant profits to entrepreneurs. He published the relevant message on social media.
Bekeshev expressed the opinion that there is a need to introduce restrictions on cases of vehicle towing.
He noted: "Currently, there are no such restrictions. The business is growing, as the cost of towing is 1,600 soms for moving a car a distance of 3-5 or 7 kilometers. At the same time, there is a risk of damaging the car, for which no one is held accountable. Towing is necessary, but only in exceptional circumstances, for example, when fines are ineffective or the vehicle truly obstructs the work of emergency services or is parked in prohibited areas," the deputy believes.
