According to information provided by the ministry's press service, a number of violations were identified during the inspection of the residential complex being built on Ankara Street by the company "Aalam Stroy".
It was reported that the violations pertain to construction standards and safety regulations. Additionally, it was revealed that the company had engaged private laboratories for monitoring at certain stages of construction, and part of the construction blocks had been illegally transferred to the investors.
As a result of the inspection, "Aalam Stroy" was imposed a total fine of 3 million soms, and construction work at the site has been temporarily suspended. The issue of suspending the company's license will be reviewed by the commission.
Nurdana Oruntaev instructed to conduct a laboratory study of the quality of construction work involving the Republican Center for Certification in Construction. Based on the results obtained, further measures will be taken.
The minister also noted that strict measures will be applied to the responsible employees of the department.
