The Ministry of Construction fined one of the construction companies 3 million soms. The firm's license may be revoked.
In particular, at the residential complex located at 3a Ankara Street, owned by LLC "Aalam Stroy," discrepancies with construction norms and safety regulations were discovered. Violations were recorded in more than ten blocks of the complex.
Furthermore, it was established that the company used the services of private laboratories to control quality at various stages of construction. Additionally, some blocks were illegally transferred for use by shared owners.
As a result of the inspection, protocols were drawn up, and fines were imposed on the company for each violation, totaling 3 million soms.
The Ministry decided to suspend construction work at the site, and the issue of the company's license will be reviewed at a meeting of the relevant commission.
The minister also instructed to conduct an independent quality inspection of the construction with the involvement of the Republican Certification Center. Based on the results of this inspection, further actions will be taken.
Following the inspection, Nurdana Oruntaev emphasized that strict measures would be applied to the responsible employees of the subordinate institutions.
