In the city of Kainy, the construction of a new administrative building is underway.

The Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, Nurdana Oruntaev, visited several construction sites to assess the current state of work.

One of the key projects is a new administrative building intended for the Panfilov District Department of Urban Planning and Architecture. Its location is: Mira Street 2/3, Kayindy city.

During a meeting with the department staff, the minister announced that the opening of the new building is scheduled for the near future.

The area of the new administrative facility will be 311.84 square meters, and its construction is being carried out in accordance with modern standards. Work began in November 2025.

It is worth noting that previously the department did not have its own building, and employees worked in premises that were originally intended for a kindergarten. The funding for the construction of the new facility is being provided from the ministry's internal resources, rather than from the state budget.
