During the inspection, as reported by the ministry, numerous violations of construction legislation and technical safety standards were identified at a residential complex located on Ankara Street and owned by LLC "Aalam Stroy." Violations were recorded in more than ten blocks of this facility. It was also revealed that the company had engaged private laboratories to check certain stages of construction. In addition, instances of illegal transfer of some blocks for use by shareholders were discovered.
As a result of the inspection, LLC "Aalam Stroy" was subjected to several fines, and protocols were drawn up for each of the blocks. Work at the site has been suspended, and the issue of suspending the company's license will be submitted for consideration by the commission. Oruntaev also instructed to conduct a quality inspection of the construction with the involvement of the Republican Center for Certification in Construction, and based on the results of laboratory tests, additional measures will be taken.
In conclusion of the inspection, Minister Nurdun Oruntaev noted that strict measures of accountability will be applied to the employees of the ministry's subordinate institutions.
