The Ministry of Construction identified violations at the construction company "Aalam Stroy"

- On January 17, the Minister of Construction of the Kyrgyz Republic, Nurdana Oruntaev, visited several construction sites in Bishkek, during which he identified violations at a residential complex located on Ankara Street, being built by the company "Aalam Stroy."

According to information from the ministry, more than 10 blocks of the facility do not meet the requirements of construction legislation and safety standards. Additionally, it was found that the company used the services of private laboratories to check certain stages of construction, and some blocks were illegally handed over to residents.

As a result of the inspection, fines were imposed on the company "Aalam Stroy" for each of the identified blocks, and corresponding protocols were drawn up. Work at the site has been suspended, and the issue of suspending the company's license will be submitted for consideration by the commission.

The minister also instructed to conduct a laboratory check of the quality of construction materials with the involvement of the Republican Center for Certification in Construction. Based on the results obtained, additional measures will be taken.

Oruntaev emphasized that strict measures will also be taken against responsible employees of organizations under the ministry's jurisdiction.

The total amount of fines imposed was 3 million soms.
