The deputy proposes to allow private clinics to issue certificates.

At the parliamentary meeting, Dastan Bekeshev proposed to expand the opportunities for obtaining medical certificates in private clinics. According to him, there are significant queues in state institutions due to the large number of people wishing to obtain documents.

“Currently, only state hospitals are connected to the 'Tunduk' system, and certificates can only be obtained there. Private clinics are not integrated into this system. To reduce the burden on state institutions, private clinics should be granted the right to issue certificates,” the deputy noted.

Talant Amanov, a board member of JSC 'Tunduk', confirmed that work in this direction is ongoing. “Technically, we are ready for this. We will take your recommendation into account,” he added.

In addition, Dastan Bekeshev proposed to create a registry for persons with disabilities in the 'Tunduk' system to improve government services for this category of citizens. “People with disabilities face a number of difficulties when going through biometrics, especially when dealing with banks or using mobile applications. I ask you to pay attention to this aspect as well,” he emphasized.
