Unstable weather and expected precipitation may lead to adverse events in mountainous and foothill areas.
There is a high risk of avalanches, landslides, and other dangerous situations on several sections of roads. The following road sections fall into the zone of increased danger:

- Aral — Ming-Kush (km 1–7, 17–36);
- Naryn — Bayetov (km 97–105);
- Ak-Tal — Kazarman (km 2, 5, 67–94);
- Kochkor — Aral — Töö-Ashuu (km 107, 146–156);
- Balakchy — Kazarman — Jalal-Abad (km 326–349);
- Osh — Razzakov (km 78, 125–138, 149–190, 337–354);
- Razzakov — Andarak — Kök-Tash (km 0–19, 25–27.3);

The Ministry of Emergency Situations also reported that relevant warnings have been sent to local authorities and government agencies so they can take measures to prevent emergencies and enhance safety levels.
Citizens are advised to refrain from traveling to mountainous areas and to exercise caution during long trips.
