On March 19, two men were arrested in Bishkek: 30-year-old R.A.E. and 19-year-old A.S.K. During a search, synthetic drugs wrapped in black tape were found in their possession. During interrogation, they pointed to 14 locations where they had managed to make drug deposits.
This crime is classified under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal production and sale of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
Investigative activities are ongoing, and law enforcement agencies are working to identify other participants in this criminal scheme.
