The First May District Internal Affairs Department received a statement from M. T., who reported that on March 14, around 1:00 PM, while he was in a store in the residential area "Kolmo," the criminals, taking advantage of his absence, stole a Samsung A17 mobile phone and 200,000 soms from his unlocked Honda Accord. After that, they fled in a Hyundai Sonata.
According to the investigation, the suspects were moving around the city in a rented car, selecting their victims and committing thefts from unlocked vehicles.
The Main Internal Affairs Directorate reports that at present, a connection has been established between the detainees and more than ten similar crimes. The investigation is ongoing.
