According to information provided by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office, during 2022 and 2023, officials of the rural municipality, abusing their powers, unlawfully transferred land plots totaling 2.35 hectares into private ownership without considering citizens' applications and adhering to established procedures.
Based on this information, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 337, concerning abuse of official position, according to the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
Currently, necessary investigative actions are being carried out.
