During an investigation conducted by the prosecutor's office of the Jumgal district in the Naryn region, facts of illegal distribution of land plots in the Chayek rural administration were discovered.
In particular, from 2022 to 2023, several responsible employees of the rural administration, abusing their official position, allocated land plots with a total area of 2.35 hectares to private citizens without following the necessary procedures and order, as well as without the submission of relevant applications from citizens. This was reported by the General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan.
In this case, the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic initiated a criminal case under Article 337 of the Criminal Code, concerning abuse of official position. Currently, necessary investigative actions are being conducted.
