In the Jumgal district, prosecutor's actions helped orphans obtain the right to housing.

During an inspection of compliance with the norms of the Children's Code and other legislative acts in the Chayek rural administration, it was revealed that four teenagers who were left without parents did not have land plots for the construction of individual housing.

Despite the fact that N.A., J.N., J.A., and K.K. had reached the age of 16, they were not provided with land allocations as required by law.

On February 5, 2026, the district prosecutor's office sent a directive to the Chayek rural administration to rectify the situation.

After reviewing the prosecutor's act, the head of the rural administration signed resolutions (No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, and No. 9 dated February 13, 2026) that provided the orphans with land plots for the construction of residential houses.

Based on these decisions, on February 19, 2026, the Jumgal branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography prepared and issued cadastral plans for the allocated plots to each of the four teenagers.

According to current legislation, orphans have the right to receive land plots for housing construction out of turn.
