As a result of these machinations, 49 citizens received land plots totaling 104.19 hectares for a period of 49 years based on forged documents, including falsified protocols of the competitive procedures.
Based on the collected materials, the prosecutor's office initiated a criminal case under Article 346 "Official Forgery" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and investigative actions are currently being conducted.
