The regional enforcement service was handling the case of A.L.A., who failed to fulfill his obligations to pay alimony for the support of his child in favor of M.M.M.
During the enforcement of the court decision, it was established that the debtor systematically avoided making alimony payments. As a result, the case materials were forwarded to law enforcement agencies for further consideration and prosecution under Article 178 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
On March 11, 2026, the Suzak District Court found A.L.A. guilty under part 2 of Article 178 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and sentenced him to one year of imprisonment.
