Investigative authorities have established that Kongantiev may be involved in the creation of illegal schemes related to land plots, involving associated individuals and legal entities.
“As a result of investigative activities, K.K.K. was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code and placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing,” the official statement said.

It should be noted that Kongantiev was detained on March 10. The day before, social media reports surfaced regarding his family property and possible connections with former GKNB head Kamchybek Tashiev.
