According to information obtained during the investigation, Kongantieva is suspected of creating schemes related to the illegal use of land plots involving both individuals and legal entities connected to him.
As a result of investigative actions, Kongantieva was arrested under Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.
The investigation into this case is ongoing.
Kongantieva Kuanychbek Kambaralyevich, who resigned from his deputy mandate on March 10, is the detainee in this case.
