After discussion, the judicial panel decided to send the case for re-examination to the Lenin District Court due to new circumstances, overturning the previous decisions of two judicial instances.
It should be noted that on October 10, 2024, the Lenin District Court announced a verdict regarding 11 journalists.
Mahabat Tajibek kyzy, the wife of Bolot Temirov, was found guilty under articles 41 part 2 and 278 part 3 ("Calls for active disobedience to the lawful demands of representatives of power and for mass riots, as well as calls for violence against citizens") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The court sentenced her to 6 years of imprisonment.
