On February 21, the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek decided to place a former employee of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), known by the nickname "Vaseline," in custody. This information was confirmed by the court's press service on February 27, as reported by the editorial office of "AKIpress Summary."

U.U.K. is suspected of committing a crime under Article 336, Part 1 ("Corruption") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. He is currently being held in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department until April 15.

A video has appeared on social networks in Kyrgyzstan, featuring photographs of athletes, GKNB employees, businessmen, and police officers. The author of the video links these individuals to the so-called "40 choro," who were under the command of the former head of the GKNB in Bishkek, Eldar Jakypbekov. "Vaseline" is also mentioned in this list.

According to sources, before his service in the national security agencies, he worked in the police.

Later, the GKNB press service commented on the situation, stating that there should be no untouchables in government institutions. The agency also reported the dismissal of several employees suspected of exceeding their authority during their service.

Furthermore, the GKNB denied the information about the existence of unofficial nicknames among its employees. The State Committee emphasized that such video materials are created by interested parties to form a false opinion about the committee's activities.
